The sPower land team is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager—Wind with at least 5 years’ experience in land acquisition in the wind industry. The Land Acquisition Manager—Wind will be responsible for managing the activities of multiple land agents in all areas of the United States. Under the direction of the Director of Sustainable Property Holdings, the position will play a key role in the Company’s rapidly expanding wind and solar generation portfolio. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of all aspects of a successful renewable energy project from a site control standpoint. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years’ experience in title and real estate or 3-5 years’ experience as a real estate paralegal.
