Real Estate Counsel (exempt, full-time)
sPower is seeking a Real Estate Counsel who will support the real estate team in developing some of the largest solar and wind projects across the United States. Work will involve providing legal advice associated with real estate topics in connection with the preparation and negotiation of a wide variety of real estate documents required for the development, construction and operation of renewable energy projects, including option agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases agreements, easements, co-tenancy agreements, shared facilities agreements, and crossing agreements. Work will also involve the review of title documents, resolution of title issues, negotiation of title insurance policies, and related topics, together with the ability to work with support staff and developers, collaboratively. Senior Title Curative Analyst (full-time)
sPower is seeking a Senior Title Curative Analyst who will support the real estate team in developing some of the largest solar projects across the United States. Responsibilities will include real property analysis, curing title, problem solving with development teams, and collaborating with execution and financing teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years’ experience in title and real estate or 3-5 years’ experience as a real estate paralegal. The Senior Title Curative Analyst will work on multiple projects and develop long lasting and successful relationships with our partners, and will represent the fastest growing utility-scale independent power producer in the United States.
